APPROVED CLASS SIZE: The district's school board has not set formal guidelines. District officials seek to limit class sizes to fewer than 30 students.

FOREIGN-LANGUAGE SPEAKERS: Parents of non-native English speakers should contact Rich Campbell, superintendent, at 749-2330 for information about available services.

CHOICE PROCESS: There is only one elementary, middle and high school in the district, so in-district choice is not an option.

TRANSPORTATION POLICY: Busing is provided for students who live more than one mile from the school. Contact the transportation department at 749-0074.

SPECIAL-NEEDS STUDENTS: Parents of students with special emotional, mental and physical needs should contact the school principal for information.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH PROGRAM: Lunch prices for the new school year have not been approved. No breakfast program is available. Families who meet certain income guidelines may qualify for free and reduced-price lunches. Applications are available at the schools.

DAY CARE: None available.

REGISTRATION: New students can register at the schools from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students should bring a birth certificate, immunization record, proof of address, Social Security card and name and address of previous school attended.
