Colorado Springs School District 22 Bio's
Colorado Springs Area School District Information Ellicott
School District #22
BOUNDARIES: Located 15 miles east of Colorado Springs on Highway 94.
THIS SCHOOL YEAR: Three tornadoes tore through Ellicott on May 28, badly
damaging the Ellicott Junior-Senior High Schools complex and destroying
or damaging 53 homes.
The high school is still being repaired, so school officials may not
know until mid-August whether students should register at the high
school or elementary school, said Vicky Sanger, business manager.
"We're working very hard and expect everything to be in order by
the time school begins," Sanger said. "We just don't know all
the specifics yet and are asking parents to be patient with us."
Phone extensions and registration dates for the district may change at a
later date. For updated information: (719) 683-2700.
