Hills – Woodland Hills is in Black Forest and is Falcon school

still expanding and other neighborhoods in Briargate are more mature.

called Northgate is
one of the newest neighborhoods in Colorado Springs. It includes

Serenity Park at Northgate, Trail Ridge and Deer Creek Crossings.
It offers luxurious country living on the outskirts of town. Lots

master planned-Northgate community, Interquest spreads over rolling
hills on Colorado Springs’ up-and-coming northern perimeter. Situated
