These neighborhoods consist of several established subdivisions built 10 to 20 years ago with an average price range of $180,000. A public golf course is nearby along with neighborhood schools. Wasson includes several established subdivisions, Northglen, Highland Park, Palmer Park, Century Heights and Audubon Gardens, built 20-40 years ago.
