Harrison School District 2

Mission: "Dedicated to educating today's youth for success through an ethical, mutually responsive partnership with families and the community."

Lying within the east and southeast portion of Colorado Springs, Harrison School District 2 includes Pikes Peak Park, Stratton Meadows, Stratmoor Hills, Stratmoor Valley, Southborough, Deerfield Hills, Panorama Addition,
Cheyenne Meadows, Cheyenne Hills, Wildflower and Sand Creek residential divisions. There are 25 schools in Harrison School District Two. This includes 14 elementary schools, one K-8 school, three middle schools, two
high schools, three alternative schools, and four charter schools. District 2 serves students rich in ethnic pride and diverse in economic backgrounds.

Every school offers comprehensive programs in academics, art, music, outdoor and physical education, Secondary schools offer intramural, interscholastic and sanctioned CHSAA extra curricular athletic sports programs. Harrison School District 2 is extremely proud of a variety of restructuring efforts made at individual schools to meet the needs of students and parents in this district and of the diverse ethnic student population which provides numerous opportunities to celebrate and honor cultural awareness, diversity and unity in America.
